Subject: Are you underweight/correct weight/overweight?
For my height 5' 8'', I weight 147 pounds. And I checked that is about
correct weight. I could lose about 3 pounds though.

18 inch arms flexed
a 48inch chest
60 inch shoulders
40 inch hips
8 inch wrists
15 inch forearms
18 inch calves

I know but you cannot be weigh that high (for that height) and still
have good body fat percentage. Which idiot is measuring your body fat
%?

err do you have any idea of body composition??? I might weigh 221lbs
but i probably have a lower body fat percentage than many 140lb
computer geeks out there.....
weight alone means nothing.

You weigh less than I curl
and 3.74x less than what I deadlift... you need to eat something...
def/not lose a few pounds.
and 3.35x less that I squat
and I can't be arsed to go on you are unhealthily light.

Seriously anything under 190lbs for a guy is light.... Most girls are
your weight.

265lbs by the end of this year at reasonable bf%.

lat pulldowns

backs fried

it's chest/shoulders tommorow

i'm on a 4 day split

No doubts there.... I've seen lots of "Professor X" types in fitness forums,
better not to get them started.
