"It is disappointing to lose after the first set when things were going my
way," said Federer.

"I just couldn't give the knockout punch but it is not a big thing. Andy is
a tough player against me. I hope when big matches come, I beat him."

His comments can be considered very weird by people when he says "Andy
is a tough player against me".
I wondered what he means by that and what he means by he hopes to beat
him in big matches.

I think Federer meant in the first half that Murray over-kills himself
when playing against Federer and puts all he gots to win that one
match, something that may cost him the next matches or cause him
injury. He may be right when we remember how Murray lost to Davydenko
in YEC.

Also I think Federer meant in the second half of his comments, that he
is not going to torture himself and his body to win a match in a minor
tournament, but when it's a big day he will do what it takes to win
the match.

Federer won the first set because of paid off linesman?

At tiebreak it was 6 all and Murray hit the line but was called "out" by
the linesman. Hawkeye challenge showed it was in...And point was played
again Federer being able to hit a service winner of the first serve.
Would've been 7-6 for Murray and serving.

Also eralier in the set similar thing happened, I think it was at 40 all
on Federer's serve?

Murray broke Federer 4 times, Federer broke 0 times. This will give
Murray good confidence when playing Roger next time. Hopefully they're
on same half at the AO-.

Funny how Djoke's becoming an afterthought. Wasn't it even at the USO
that people were wondering
where Djoke would be in the draw?

It is true for any player who won slams, Sampras included.
