With his fourth consecutive slam final, at the 2009 AO, Roger Federer
joins Rod Laver and Roger Federer as the only men in the open era to
reach four straight finals. :)

Yes, he is. His semifinal opponent is Verdasco.

I'm surprised Joe that you bought into *skriptis' conjecture.
Fed *is* in his 4th straight slam final.

Nadal is not yet in his 5th straight slam SF.
That may change, but as of now it's conjecture.

It is only fitting that Roger win his 15th at the Wimbledon where he
also decimated the current record holder.
