The British hope ruled on all fronts despite a light right-foot injury.
“I hope to play Rafael Nadal in the final”, Murray said. “Our matches
usually are a guarantee for a spectacular show.”

---

The guy loves to play Rafa. Roger needs to learn how to love it.

PS.

Thats a very good point - remember Murray got absolutely slaughtered
against Rafa at Wimby, but came back to beat him at the very next
slam. But it might be beyond attitude against Rafa for Roger right
now...

Roger might enjoy his matches with Rafa more if he had Murray's two-
hander!

And his height. Being 6'4'' helps to get to those high bouncing balls.

He did break Rafa plenty enough times to win that particular match,
but overall that's been the biggest issue.

Both the backhand return and his struggles dealing with the high
bouncing ball to that side in rallies.

I still think his biggest problem is purely mental. He cannot blame that
ad court disadvantage everytime against lefties. He had several 15-40
situations too in that match.

PS.

That wasn't much of a problem at AO, if I remember correctly.
