he would have NINE slams at age 23 and certainly would also beat
Sampras record of 14 during his career as will Roger.

should that happen watch how fast whisper "turns" on Rafa and
starts to "hate" him while claiming he is a fan and has 1000's of
posts to prove it !!!!

whisper fools noone. he boosts Rafa ONLY because he believes he
has NO chance of beating Petes 14.

sometimes, you have to be careful what you wish for.

what would whisper call that ? a clown clown era ?

Could you wait at least until he reaches his first-ever AO Final?
I suppose you know that he hasn't even reached the final of half
of the slams yet.

Whisper isn't worried about Rafa in the slightest. How's he going to
get close to Pete in 7543?

Nearly impossible.

No need to wait in order to expose whispers "MO" whether it happens or
not because this is how he is thinking and what he will do if it were
to happen.

Everybody here in rst knows it too.

Borg himself said in his autobiography he needed that rest else he
woulda been fucked playing so much bumrooting.

I think the most important factor is that everyone plays the AO now.
What if Mac had played the AO
every year at peak? Maybe he woulda had 10 Slams at the end of 1984?
Then maybe he woulda started thinking about breaking Emerson's
record.
I=92m still not convinced he would=92ve done it anyway because he didn=92t
have the temperament of Pete or Fed. But there=92s no question players
are more likely to have bigger Slam numbers now that at any point in
tennis history.

More importantly is that if Borg had played it Sampras never would not
now and never have held the record.

Had Borg played AO he wouldn't have got enough mental rest & woulda lost
a few more Wimbledons. Remember in 4 of his 5 wins he survived numerous
5-setters & was close to elimination.

The whole world knows I am right and you are wrong on this one. Of
course that has never bothered or disuaded you from believing in your
own fairy tales in the past and I don't expect it to now.

Borg said it himself - that's where I get it from.

I can change my mind if I hear credible counter analysis from a tennis
expert - know any?

I think it is the other way round. Federer will break Sampras record and
if Nadal is not finishing his career before 26 he will also break Sampras'
record. Surprising really that Sampras on Steroid never come close to
12 slam you predicted.

more surprising that Sampras record should be beaten by TWO players in
the era immediately following his own thus signaling Pete was WAY
overrated.

Because and as you have confirmed ... Roger is NOT a clown and Rafa is
NOT a clown and Andy is NOT a clown. Therefore all those who have
outperformed Andy in this era must also NOT be clowns. These are
numerous in number. Too numerous for the era to be called a clown era.

Sorry.
