Subject: Outline of draw possibilities/ and what an easy/hard draw could
Potential QF opponents by seeding for the 'big 4'

5. Jo-Wilfried Tsonga (Fra)

6. Gilles Simon (Fra)

7. Andy Roddick (USA)

8. Juan Martin Del Potro (Arg)

5-8 seeds ranked by threat posed

1)Tsonga
2) Del Potro
3) Simon + i he could well fall early on
4) Roddick

Potential Rnd 16 opponents fot the 'big 4'

9. James Blake (USA)

10. David Nalbandian (Arg)

11. David Ferrer (Spa)

12. Gael Monfils (Fra)

13. Fernando Gonzalez (Chi)

14. Fernando Verdasco (Spa)

15. Stanislas Wawrinka (Swi)

16. Robin Soderling (Swe)

9-16 seeds ranked by threat posed

1) Nalbandian - nobody would want nalby in the fourth round, could
well get blown out by someone we haven't heard of, but he is a player
who really can turn it on against the big guys, when it suits him. If
I were Murray especially, I would not want him in rnd 4.
2) Monfils
3) Gonzalez
4) Blake
5) Verdasco - Just b/c he's in form
6) Wawrinka
7) Ferrer
8) Soderling

----- Nalbandian the one who they will all wish to avoid IMO.

Potential Rnd 32 opponents for the 'big 4'

17. Nicolas Almagro (Spa)

18. Igor Andreev (Rus)

19. Marin Cilic (Cro)

20. Tomas Berdych (Cze)

21. Tommy Robredo (Spa)

22. Radek Stepanek (Cze)

23. Mardy Fish (USA)

24. Richard Gasquet (Fra)

25. Ivo Karlovic (Cro)

26. Marat Safin (Rus)

27. Feliciano Lopez (Spa)

28. Paul-Henri Mathieu (Fra)

29. Dmitry Tursunov (Rus)

30. Rainer Schuettler (Ger)

31. Jurgen Melzer (Aut)

32. Philipp Kohlschreiber (Ger)

17-32 seeds ranked by threat posed
1) Safin - sure he has lost his way, but as with nalby, you just don't
want to play a two-time slam winner so early on... Moreover, with
Safin he can very much have destiny in his own hands if he can only
come up with the goods, something that you couldn't say about
Schuettler against the 'big 4,' for example.

2) Gasquet - Almost same reasoning as with Safin

3) Karlovic - For obvious reasons

4) Marin Cilic - On form, up and coming player

5) Stepanek - big competitor, not afraid of the top guys, can go the
distance.

6) Berdych

7) Feliciano Lopez

8) Andreev

9) Tursunov

10) Matheau

11) Robredo

12) Melzer

13) Kohlschreiber

14) Fish

15) Almagro

16) Schuetler

Thus some draws that would make fed/djok/murr/nadal happy could look
like

R.32 R.16 QF
Schuettler Soderling Roddick

or

R.32 R.16 QF
Almagro Ferrer Simon

and the potential nightmare draws for one of the big 4:

R.32 R.16 QF
Safin Nalbandian Tsonga

R.32 R.16 QF
Gasquet/ Monfils/Blake Del Potro
Karlovic
