Last night we were playing doubles and I was at the net. My partner's
shot hit the top of the tape and bounced straight up. It then dropped
on our side of the court. It dropped straight down and I was right
there. I bet if I had blown on it it would have tipped into the
opponents court. Would that have been legal? Asking out of curiosity.

No one would argue with your "blow" tier-1knowledge.

That situation is so rare yeah I'd give it to you. I'd like to see Rafa
do that on mp v Fed in USO final to win calendar slam - Roger would cry
like a baby & we'd never hear the end of it from Fedfuckers.

Personally I doubt you'd be able to blow hard enough to influence the
ball to that extent - you'd need great lungs & have to blow in the right
place - tough to do in a couple of seconds. If you could pull it off
yeah you deserve it.

I guess if you don't touch the ball then it would be okay, as I would assume
blown air is under the same category as the wind.
Then again, if you were playing indoors it may be defined as illegal as
the random factor of the wind is obviously only taken into account outside.
