This must be some sort of a joke. He couldn't win anything even when
he was at his peak..what's the point in coming back now, at the age of
35? Embarrassing........

But he was injured then. Look at Davenport - she came back and did pretty
well after a year off in which her body fully recovered. Or Hingis. I
don't think this comeback will last too long because he will get injur4ed
again, but maybe he can squeeze out another decent year or two.

Depends what "decent year" means. For him, if he could go as far as
the final of one of the international series events (if that's what
those events are still called), then I think he could be pretty
pleased with himself. Most likely he won't achieve that though.

Well, we'll find out, I guess. He confirmed on the air on Eurosport that
he has requested wild cards to some events and is waiting to see whether
he gets them or not.

Peter Fleming commented that he thought every retired tennis player after
a few years misses it and thinks he'd like to go back. He's not going to
do it himself, though. :)

more likely he's finding it hard going in retirement - this is
probably a stunt to get his name back in the papers

He needs to earn some money. It is so obvious. Eventually he will end
up as a pimp.

Well, that'll be a surprise.
