Mr Ninovic, who speaks almost daily to [Damir] Dokic, said his friend was
torn and tortured by the questionable efforts of an Australian current
affairs crew to fly him to Australia.

It really seems that every time you think for awhile that tabloid
"journalism" has reached its bottom that they can surprise you . . . .

And this gang seems in the end to've disgusted even Damir Dokic.

Take a deep breath, take a walk, cool off, plot a bit, and serve again.

Not surprising. It's all about tv ratings - competition is very fierce
here.

It's not easy for a father/parent to be in that situation

"Suffering high blood pressure and insulin-dependent diabetes, he reportedly
collapsed and was rushed to hospital in Serbia after watching her stunning
three-set win by internet on Sunday night.

"He was very excited after her win and of course, he wants to watch her next
match, said friend Milan Ninovic.

"But he believes he will do her a bigger favour by staying away instead of
flying to Melbourne to watch the history.''"

then again

"But Mr Dokic denied the reports. "I never watch her matches,'' Dokic said.
"I don't need that stress. I have a high blood pressure.''"
