Yes, that is the Hmmm. Nonetheless the contrast this last weekend was
quite stark, and women's tennis does seem to be drifting at the
present moment. The women who could have acted as leaders have either
jumped ship (Henin), or been a bit semi-detached (the Williams
sisters).

Of course, to play devil's advocate, it could have been a great final
between maybe Serena and Jankovic, while the men's final coulda been
Fed v. Verdasco lasting an hour an a half. And then what? The women
should be making more for the having the more entertaining product?
