Subject: Why does Fed live in Dubai?

Of the many things that have eaten at me about Fed, this is one. I wouldn't go there at all personally--as I have said here before--but I guess I could see why people with either fewer morals or less cares than I might want to take a luxury vacation in this over-the-top symbol of hypocrisy, decadence and corruption. But live there? Maybe Fed likes the gold plated bidet and Mirka enjoys the shrimp cocktails served in the chilled sterling silver goblets, but it can't be good for an athlete to be in this ridiculously pampered environment 24/7? I just hope the shieks get to enjoy $35/barrel for a while--see if they can keep all the lights turned on. Seriously Fed, get the fuck out of Dubai.

No place is. How about Israel with its thriving white slavery trade? How about all the Palestinian children they murdered just a little while back? Those who live in glass house should not throw stones.

Federer maybe feels more calm at Duba=EF. And, yes speaking of the amount of sun / a year, MC is nowhere near Dubai. I guess he can go shoping with a lot less fans asking him photos etc... Share & Enjoy, Manolo NB: by the way, Federer did not move to Dubai. He has bought some flat there, and spent a lot of time there. He moved from Basel to an even lesser "taxed" town/village (don't know the size of that) in his home Switzerland.

I agree, I'd much rather live in Monaco rather then Dubai. Im not an expert on Fed's life, but I'd guess it might be due to the fact off Monaco's sheer population density, its very densely populated in a very small country. It's the most densely populated country in the world. As for Dubai, its not.

Women do vote in Vegas. Even prostitutes if they are registered. Vegas is not a so-called "country" either. There are other obvious differences. I don't need to defend Vegas or AC or anywhere else in the USA to condone Dubai. You really have to take an obtuse approach such as yours or whakeed's to defend Dubai. Liquidate wall street. Throw all their tycoons and the bankers in jail and start over. There needs to be some serious punishment here to prevent it happening again ! Otherwise the Joe sixpacks of the world are going to start to lock and load and rock and roll through scarsdale. Believe it or not the Bible addresses what happened here very accurately in Ecclesiastes 5: 8-10 : If you see oppression of the poor and denial of justice and righteousness in the province, do not be shocked at the sight; for one official watches over another official, and there are higher officials over them. He who loves money will not be satisfied with money, nor he who loves abundance with its income. This too is vanity
