that is why simon the spartan who has beaten fed the last 2 times they
met was in rafas quarter.... they tossed mental midgets like birdshit
in feds quarter for a reason. the fighters and spartans and bad
matchups for fed were in rafas half... rigged.

By the way, if you can't appreciate defense like that topspin lob
Nadal just hit you definitely shouldn't be
watching tennis.

That was a perfect lob, and sometimes I wonder why do players go for the more
difficult passing shot when a good topspin lob is a better choice - a good
topsping lob is not just "get me back into the point".

I got to watch some of the match while having breakfast/getting dressed, and
there where some high quality points in there.

Although you could, at various times, hear both players think "Why is...
*whack*... this fucker... *Whack* still... *Whack* in the fucking... *WHACK!*
point!!! *WHACK!!! <winner or UE >". Great defense on both parts, I believe
Simon had more winners, but Nadal was rock-solid on the key points. Unless
Verdasco stays in the zone he's toast, and in the final Roddick would be
toast, Federer would need a very sharp day to overcome this Nadal.

Watch snooker then. This is what tennis will be from now on unless
they speed the courts back up.

What a pair of morons
and what a bore of a match
If this is tennis, then I'd rather watch snooker.
Yopu know, even they snooker players take risk some times.

I hope Fed comes back and takes us out of this nightmare asap.

I think his serve is typically better than this. When I watched him at
the USO last year, IIRC he was hitting double-digit aces.
